Foxgate at Islip’s developer is the Jobco Organization, an award-winning firm in Great Neck, New York. Jobco has a long history of building residential and mixed-use developments on Long Island. The Organization was founded in 1950 by Michael S. Puntillo. Through its endeavors, the firm has developed a reputation for quality and excellence. Jobco and its corporate affiliates specialize in construction management, general construction, real estate development and management, and consulting. The organization’s building and development credits include modernizing, rehabilitating and recycling of buildings, multi-family and senior citizen housing, condominiums, office buildings, hospitals, commercial complexes, schools, religious institutions, parking facilities, dormitories historic/landmark rehabilitation and public works projects. Since its inception, Jobco has completed hundreds of construction projects and has produced over 10,000 units of new and rehabilitated housing. Michael S. Puntillo, the Jobco Founder and Foxgate partner, is a graduate Industrial Engineer of New York University. He was named “Man of the Year in Real Estate” in 1976 by the C.W. Post of Long Island University Graduate School of Business Administration and in 2007 was conferred Honorary Doctorate of Humane Letters by New York Institute of Technology. Mr. Puntillo was Chairman of the Sands Point Planning Board for over 20 years and is also a member of the Society of Military Engineers, the American Planning Association, and the National Trust for Historic Preservation.
Michael F. Puntillo, Jobco principal and Foxgate’s Managing Partner, is a fourth-generation builder who previously directed the design, restoration, and development of thousands of homes in New York City. He is a board member of Vision Long Island, a smart growth advocacy organization, and Community Housing Innovation, a New York, not-for-profit, affordable housing provider. Mr. Puntillo is a member of the Energeia Partnership, a Long Island business leaders organization founded by Malloy College, and is on the board of the Glen Cove Business Improvements District.
Robert M. Pascucci, Jobco principal and Foxgate partner is a professional engineer, attorney at law, and licensed real estate broker. His professional affiliations include The American Bar Association, the National Society of Professional Engineers, the American Society of Civil Engineers, and the World President’s Organization. On a daily basis, Mr. Pascucci oversees all aspects of construction, including development and residential property management operations.
