FOXGATE AT ISLIP OPENS SALES FOR 46 PHASE II LUXURY CONDOMINIUMS

— Follows Sellout of 40 Phase I Units in October —

CENTRAL ISLIP, NY – November 12, 2015 – Foxgate at Islip, a 184-unit, luxury condominium community in Central Islip, has opened sales for 46 additional two-bedroom residences, now under construction.

The 40 units that comprised Phase I, which are located across a pond from the Phase II residences, sold out in October of this year.

The Phase II condominiums come with full-sized appliances, including a natural gas range, refrigerator, microwave, and a washer and dryer.  Each unit is equipped with high-efficiency central air conditioning and clean-burning natural-gas forced-air heating.
